United Nations Global Compact - PNI Nigeria's Commitment

PNI is a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and a member of the United Nations Global Compact Nigerian Network. PNI joined the UNGC Initiative in October 2006 and has been an active participant in the promoting the ten principles of the UNGC on human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. PNI participated actively in the launch of the UNGC in Nigeria and the UNGC International Corporate Social Responsibility Conference in Abuja in March 2007.

PNI also attended the UNGC Regional meeting and African Private Sector Forum in Addis Ababa , Ethiopia in January 2008. PNI also contributes actively to issues discussed at the UNGC Nigerian Network meetings.
