PNI Nigeria's Research Programme
PNI aims to be a leading research agency within the Niger Delta. We conduct environmental and social research throughout the Niger Delta. This information is used to assist in informing decisions related to project planning as well as for feeding into lessons learned and training courses provided.

Participatory Rural Appraisal and Sustainable Livelihoods Assessment
Prior to begining all projects, PNI conducts PRA within communities - these inform subsequent project programming Social Impact Assessment
PNI is able to conduct social impact assesments specifically focusing on the impact of extractive industries Conflict and Risk Analysis
PNI is able to conduct conflict and risk analysis for projects which involve significant investment in local communities.
